INGREDIENTS: Pork (Government Inspected meat),water, buttermilk powder, salt, spice, dextrose, garlic powder, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, vegetable oil (MFG. aid) , naturally smoked.

BEST USED FOR: Lunch and Supper

STORAGE: Store unopened vacuum packed sausage in the refrigerator no longer than the expiry date. Leftover sausage keeps in the refrigerator 7 to10 days.


  • Serve sliced with cheese and crackers and raw veggies.
  • Heat slices or pieces, served with perogies and sour cream.
  • Serve sliced on a bun with sauerkraut and mustard, and a tossed green salad.
  • Heated butterflied pieces with  hot mashed potatoes and prepared red cabbage

RECIPE IDEAS:  This sausage is READY TO EAT but can be sliced or butterflied, then pan fried OR heated through on the BBQ for about 10 minutes on medium low heat.
